Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site as new pages and features are added.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link on every page.
• Keyboard access for all navigation, forms, buttons, and the assistant chat.
• Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon-only controls.
• Form fields with programmatic labels, error messages, and status announcements.
• Responsive, zoom-friendly layouts that work on phones and with enlarged text.

Known limitations

• Some third-party embeds and external calculators are outside our control; we will provide the same information by phone or email on request.
• Older PDFs and downloadable documents may not yet be fully tagged. Ask us and we will send an accessible version.

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, please contact us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.

We can also provide the same guidance, documents, and calculations by phone or email if you cannot complete a form on this site.
